Question - How do I contact a caregiver?

Once you are registered member you can contact caregivers by either email or SMS. You can even remain anonymous if you like. To contact a caregiver, you will need to first view the profile of the caregiver you want to contact and then click either the 'Email User' or 'SMS User' button located just below their name.

By default, if you choose to contact a user by Email then your email address will be sent to the caregiver. If you do not want the caregiver to see your email address just tick the 'Send Anonymously' option.

Registered members can also SMS a caregiver immediately from our site. If a caregiver has provided their mobile number then the SMS option will be available for that caregiver.
