Question - How do I close my account?

To close your account, log in and go to the 'My Account' tab. In the blue section click the 'Manage account' link and then 'Close my account'.

NOTE - You will not be entitled to a full or partial refund if you close your account. Gold membership cannot be put on hold and used at a later date.
