Our Company

Need a Sitter was launched in 2008 by Min Ham and her husband Wayne. They live in Melbourne with their adorable 3 year old son.

As husband and wife, we are strongly committed to finding the right work/life balance. In our struggles to find the perfect work/life balance we identified a need to find the right care for our family, home and for ourselves. That was the reason why Need a Sitter was created. We needed a website that allows you to directly contact a caregiver in your local area whether it be for babysitting, pet sitting, home cleaning, tutoring or senior care.
